Square decided to hold 30% of our funds in reserve for a rolling 3 month period at 30 days notice. This was crippling for my company. I've now been accepted by a better merchant option for us and now need to know how I go about closing my Square account and retrieving my funds. Can anybody help me?

I also recommend reaching out to direct support so that a rep can help you properly close the account, and confirm if those reserves can be released early when closed. It is my understanding that the reserves are in place in order to cover any potential disputes.
My Funds have been put on hold for over a week and Square will not release them because of this I cannot run my Business
