Clients receiving false cancellation/accepted notification

My clients are receiving notifications from me saying I have accepted their appointment when they haven’t made an appointment on my website. Also some clients of mine are receiving a text saying I canceled their appointment which I have not. I’m not seeing any of these on buying it for example if they say their appointment has been canceled it’s still in my books and if they get a email saying I’ve excepted their appointment with they haven’t made one I don’t have an appointment for them. I know someone else in the same town as me has had the same problem today. This has never happened before
