Client unable to access invoice

I have a client who's paid me thru
Square several times, but this time
she continually gets a "Safari cannot
open the page because the server
cannot be found" message. I've
resent the invoice twice and she has
also tried on several devices, but the
same message pops up. She's not
using a VPN or additional firewall.
Any ideas? Could the problem be the browser?

HI, current iOS is 16.  She needs to update.
