Hi, We've been contacted by a customer who tried to purchase an item using Clearpay.
Whenever they got through to the clearpay login & payment screen it says that the address isn't in the merchant area and no shipping options are available. Payment and shipping through the square pay system seems fine.
I've recreated this on my end but can't fix it. All the shipping profiles I've created are set to the right area (UK 4 countries) but it doesn't pull through to Clearpay.
Am I missing an option somewhere or does it just not work?

Have you successfully processed Clearpay purchases before this one? And are other UK transactions, aside from Clearpay, going through without issues?
