I have a customer trying to check out with this link and it does not work beyone the Checkout button for either of us. Get a Site Cannot be reached error after clicking Checkout.
It looks like you may have figured this one out, @Deesseboutique! I was able to get past the Checkout button, and to the Secure Checkout page, using a Google Chrome web browser. Everything seems to be working great from my end, but please let me know if you're still seeing an error on your side, so we can dig in here.
No, I was not able to access that link either so I just had to direct the customer to the main page where she ended up choosing a different item.
I was using a Chrome browser to begin with - but now I am able to access it. Darn.
Ah, got it - just to confirm, you weren't able to access that link before, @Deesseboutique. However, you mentioned in your response that you are now able to access it, is that right?
