Trying to confirm if this is expected behavior, or we have a problem...
When trying to close out an open ticket by selecting "Charge" and then "Pay via Payment Link" and having Square text the link to the customer, the ticket is not being closed after the customer completes the payment, and the ticket has to be manually removed.
Charging the ticket, and paying from a card on file does closed the ticket as you would expect.
Am I missing something? Thanks!

Hmmm...I'm not sure of the answer to this one myself but I'm thinking this may be expected behavior since the ticket is not being closed on the Point of Sale itself 🤔
