Check out link is not working

When I go to share the checkout link for my item it says "Unfortunately the item requested is no longer available." ???

I'm sorry for the trouble @aliveconf205. I have a couple of questions for you:

  1. Have you entered a stock amount for this item? 
  2. From the Items section of your Dashboard can you scroll down to Checkout Link and make sure the toggle is switched on? 

Are you still seeing this issue today?

Hello, I'm having this same issue. The chain icon is blue and the check out link option is on, but I'm still receiving the same error.

Yes, I talked with customer service and they said it was just because of some onboarding issue with creating the online store. Since I’ve had other weird issues that seemed unique to my account, I just deactivated it and made a new one and everything is working flawlessly now.
