In the menu grid layout (Square for Restaurants) I added the function "Check Name and Notes" to the Home Screen, but it does not show on the POS. Anyone have that issue?
Thanks Isabell. I actually ended up contacting square support. They 'fixed' it, but the fix made it a little more complicated for my cashiers. We are a take out only location, and in order for that function to appear, they apparently had to activate the tables function. I really don't want that, but it's the only way to type a note for the entire order, as opposed to a note for an item in the order. This whole issue would go away if there was a way for me to enter curbside pickup info (specifically vehicle info) in the store. (I know we can do it for online ordering, but I don't see that as an option for a physical location, which is odd, especially given these current COVID times)

Here is one of my Square for Restaurants POS Menu setups. I added the button "Check Name and Notes" (I selected an empty space, clicked the + sign, selected 'add function ADD CHECK NAME AND NOTES'). The button shows successfully in the backend, but when I open the POS, that button is not there.
