Change tips from Percentage

2 days ago my square reader (with no update on my end) changed the way my tips are accepted. Clients used to have the option to either not tip or type in a tip. Now they have percentages. I want to turn the percentages off but the only option I have is to turn tipping off completely. Why this change and how can I get it back to how it was?

@Antoinette007 I am intrigued by your post. We have tips turned on and since we opened 3 years ago there has only been 2 options for us. 

Smart tipping or Percentage tipping. 

For us we have never had the screen either say no tip or custom tip. 

our screen pops up with a couple amount options for them to choose from or no tip or custom tip. But there is always other amount options as well.

Are you saying you have never had the other amount options on your screen before?
