Change information from signup process

Currently am unable to verify my account to accept payments. The Sign Up Troubleshooting says it may be due to incorrect/misspelled information during the sign-up process.

Is there a way to change that or do I have to make a new account?

Great Question.

Identity Verification is an automated process. Although there is no manual work around for this, you are allowed to make another attempt at creating an account.

because your email address is already in our system, you would need to use a different email address.
