Change from individual to business

Hey, Is it possible to change from an individual account to business at any stage? Just as im waiting on my business abn and account to be set-up so I cant use it as a business account yet. So I want to use it as an individual with my own personal bank account for now. Thanks

You won't be able to alter the ABN once registered, however you will be able start another Square account later on.

My recommendation if you're starting out as a sole trader hobby business with no ABN would be to create an account under a secondary email. Then, when you have your ABN create a new Square account with your main business email and enter your ABN when prompted. Once you make the change you'll simply need to sign out of the Square POS app with the first account then sign into the new one.
