Hi so a few days ago for no apparent reason our printer had stopped automatically printing order tickets for cash sales, still works for card transactions. Only way to print the order ticket after a cash sale is to choose to reprint it but will not do it automatically, please advise.
Edit: so the cash sale will print a ticket if you give a name for the order but is there a way to make it print without naming it

This looks like a faulty setting in your Printer Station settings. I suggest following our guide to set up a printer on Square Register to confirm that the current settings are exactly what you need.
The same thing is happening with our register. It just started two days ago. We did not change any settings. I don't see any settings that would preclude the ticket from printing for just cash transactions. Looking for help. Thank you.
Exact same boat no settings were changed and just suddenly did it one day and nothing in the settings say anything about just cash transactions. Going to try deleting the printer stations when I can and make new ones but I have no actual reason to think this will work
