We have been getting a message that some cash drawers have been closed remotely. We are not remotely closing any cash drawers so I am not sure why we would get this error message. We have also had an issue with a couple of our registers where we can't open a drawer unless we "close" a bunch of other drawers (either that have already been opened for the day or were already closed the previous day or even weeks before).
@Kym2 Hey! I am sorry no one touched base with you. Has this problem continued over the last 3 months?
