My customers are having to re-input their card info even after saving it. Can someone tell me why?

We will need a bit more context here in order to be able to provide a thorough answer to your question. Are your customers making purchases and attempting to save their info via the Online Store or for in-person transactions? Are they receiving any sort of error message?
