When you generate individual payment links - they function as a "Buy Now" - meaning there's no shopping cart per say. The link only supports that particular item. This is by design as you can use the link in emails and/or texts when you want sell one particular item. For example we use individual links for something we want to promote on Facebook. One work around is to link your Square site to your current web site. We have done this and it works well - our website is contains info about us and all we did was setup a link called "Shop" - this then takes the customer to our Square site. Our Square site look blends in with our regular site so the transition from one to the other is basically seamless.
