Cant see cards on file or charge card on file qith andriod user

It Will show me in customer directory what clients have cards on file, but it doesn't show the last 4 digits of the card on file. And when I make an invoice for that client I am unable to charge the card file as it does not give me an option for that. It's only doing it on our android users, not iphone users. I reached out to tech support. They were unable help. Is there something im missing?

Just to clarify, the main issue is that the last four digits of the card number are not appearing in the customer directory for some sellers, preventing you from charging saved cards when creating an invoice. Is that correct? Also, you mentioned this is only happening with Android users—how did you determine that?
