@Mrhouston133  Welcome to the community, We had an incident like that one time and the problem was, Square had already made the deposit to our account and there wasn't any money sitting in our Square account to cover it. here is a few things you can try.

- Account Balance: Ensure your Square account has sufficient funds to cover the refund.
- Processing Limits: Check if you've reached any daily or weekly refund limits set by Square.
- Account Holds: Make sure there are no holds or restrictions on your account.
Attempt Refund Manually:
- Log in to Your Square Dashboard: Go to Square Dashboard.
- Navigate to Transactions: Select the transaction in question.
- Click 'Issue Refund': Enter the refund amount ($324) and select the reason for the refund.
- Retry the Refund: If it still doesn't work, proceed to the next steps.
Use Square Support Tools:
- Manually Process Refunds: Go to the Transactions section and try issuing the refund from the original payment details.
- Contact Square Support: If there’s an error message, take a screenshot and share it with Square's support team for troubleshooting.
Hopefully one of these options will help.
