Cannot upgrade/migrate to new Online Store?

I can not access my new store. I get the banner to select location but I do not get any choices like I did before

Is this your published page or from Square?

I had similar trouble when first trying to view the published page.  The issue was with my page host. (GoDaddy).  If this is your issue, contact the Hosting provider and make sure everything is set up correctly to point website goers to the Weebly site.

This is ridiculous. I can not get any answers/help from Square and on hold with Weebly for over to 45 min now. Tell me were do I go from here its been 3 weeks now I have trying to reach out for help.

I no longer see what I did at first. It is now taking me directly to my item library on my Weebly site. My services are not supported on this platform, so I'm still trying to figure out how that all works.

Ah, I understand! It sounds like the migration of your online store just wrapped up. I would recommend taking a look at this thread where a seller had a similar question about selling their services using the new online store. Please let me know if this doesn't quite get you where you need to be, @colorsofglass.

So its no longer a Square Online Store it is a Weebly powered Square Online Store but I cannot access my old Weebly store without logging out of my Weebly Powered Square Online Store and logging into Weebly.com, even though I can see my old Weebly Store on my New Weebly Powered Square Online Store but I cannot see or fill my Weebly orders on my New Weebly Powered Square Store on my Square login. 

So how do I take the 400 some items from Weebly and put on my New Square Online Store and get rid of Weebly?

Hey @colorsofglass thanks for asking! That definitely sounds frustrating, but basically, we will need to get all of the items on your older Weebly website into the Square system. If you want all of those items in your old Weebly store in your new Weebly powered Square Online Store, you will need to export your item library from Weebly, then import that to your Square account so it syncs over to the new site. Keep in mind you are probably going to need to modify the item export some since I wouldn’t expect it to match exactly what would be needed for importing into Square.

 

You can see how we organize our CSV files for import/export by exporting your current item library from the Square Dashboard.

Hi AshleyK,
All my items start with Square in my item library. They all have a name, description, photo, sku, quantity with tracking so I can sell in our Brick & Mortar store.
I then sync to a Weebly online store, but with the new square platform being identical to Weebly I see no need to have my Weebly store.

If the items are in your Square account and are syncing over to your new Square Online Store site, we can move your paid upgrade over to the new Square Online Store site for you, @colorsofglass, that way you don't need to log directly into Weebly to manage your older site. If you want to do that let me know!

Hello adamsmasher, Yes I would like to move my upgrade over to my Square Online Store. As of now, my Square Store is showing all my items as unavailable, shipping only, I don't need the options section, and all my hyperlinks are gone. I want to move over because Weebly does not give Loyalty points. There is more but I can deal with them later.

Not a problem! I've moved your services over to your new Square Online Store. I left you domain service in your Weebly account for now. You can use it with the new online store, although it may need a DNS update to work with it. I can also move the service itself to your Square Online Store account if you want to manage everything from a single account; just let me know!

Hello Adam,
Thank you for moving that over. I still have a website with Weebly, so not sure what you mean by "I can also move the service itself to your Square Online Store account if you want to manage everything from a single account;" if you can do just the store than lets do it. And what is DNS update?  
All my items are still showing "unavailable", please tell me we can change them all without going to every 500+ items to change each one separately.

Have you responded to the helper with the snapshots of your screen?  If it's an online store of

Square with an old Weebly, Weebly should be the solution.  Are you calling Square and having them connect you to Weebly?  I have had zero success calling Weebly directly.

Thank you for your reply, it helped!! I am not a TECT guy, they didn't even have computers or cell phones when I was "younger". I do my best to make sense of all this but I depend on Square/Weebly to make it all work. I never had many sales on my website for a lot of reasons. But with this COVID 19 is when I can really take advantage of it with "curbside pickup" and Shipping. 

Square was linked closely with my Weebly website and store and every attempt they make to fix it just makes it worse and I need to speak to someone who can help, someone I don't have waste close to an hour of my time waiting on the phone(three times now). It doesn't help when they have Banker hours.

Hmm. That doesn't sound right. Are you looking on a computer using the browser Google Chrome?

 

If this issue is still occurring, please reply back with a screenshot so we can look into this further.
