I have been able to update the business bio in the past, but now I cannot. I have tried everything. I can get to a section where it asks me to update my business address, but there is no place to update the biography. Please help!
Hello @misscale thanks for your post. Can you help me a bit more and tell me where your bio is showing up? Is it on your website or somewhere in your Square Dashboard? I'm not sure where to begin to look right now. I'll take a look, but if you can expand this for me it could help...thanks!
@misscaleI think I found it....go in your Dashboard >> Account & Settings >> Business >> Locations.
Thank you'll see a name or nickname for your location. This line is clickable...so click on that and it will bring up specifics including Business Bio. I hope this is what you were looking for.
