Cannot save DNS records or nameserver changes

Hi, I am trying to update the DNS settings for my domain in the Weebly/Squarespace DNS manager.
Every time I try to add or edit a DNS record (such as MX, TXT, or nameserver), I enter the values but when I click Save, nothing happens. The page just stays the same, and the new record is not saved.

I have already:

  • Tried different browsers (Chrome, Safari)

  • Cleared cache and cookies

  • Disabled registrar lock

  • Tried both DNS record changes and nameserver updates

But still, the system won’t let me save changes.

Is this a known issue with Weebly/Squarespace DNS manager? Or is there something specific I need to do to unlock or enable DNS record editing for .com.au domains?
