Cannot add action button for "book Now" to my IG business account

I have searched other threads regarding this issue and I cannot get a Book Now button added! When I select appointments for square it gives me an error message. "something went wrong while connecting appointments for square with instagram. Please try again." I have tried many times with no success

My account is a business account, so that is not the issue. 

Any help is appreciated!

I recommend reviewing our Guide to Receive appointment bookings through Instagram and Facebook there, you will find the steps to troubleshoot this. If your experience persists, then I would recommend getting in touch with Meta Business Support here.
