Hello-
Having trouble logging out of a pair of devices. These are new 7th gen iPads running 13.6.1 and the latest app version. Have no problems with our other 8 older iPads running iOS 13.6. I am the owner and administrator. When I try to Log Out the enter passcode screen comes up. I enter my passcode and nothing happens. I've tried Signing Out and reinstalling the app. I need Passcodes engaged. I must be overlooking something easy on these new machines. Thanks-

To start - do you have any pending offline payments? I don't want you to lose those.
If you don't then, I would recommend deleting and installing the app again. Please let me know if that doesn't do the trick!

I did already try deleting and reinstalling the app with no success. Lmk if you have any other suggestions. Thank you!

Super strange, have you tired resetting your passcode from Dashboard > Team ? Wait 1 min then try to enter your new passcode.
If there's no luck, reach out to CS so they can extensively troubleshoot.
