We have the auto print option on and it works but the print receipt button that comes up at the end of the transaction will not work to print a second receipt
Hey @bo, great question! To reprint a receipt or to print a duplicate receipt you'll need go to the Transactions section of the app, tap on the transcation and then tap New Receipt. This is true even if you choose to print a receipt automatically after each payment.
How do I turn off the auto print after each transaction?

You can edit your printing settings via your point of sale. Tap More > Settings > Hardware > Printers. Tap on your printer station, and select Receipts > Print receipts Manually.
