Can we modify invoices after they have been paid. I have a client that needs a little more information for insurance purposes and i would like to use the same invoice to get those details in there. I just cant figure this out! Please help

Unfortunately an invoice can't be modified once it is marked as paid. If you are just looking to use the invoice to add information only and no other payments will be made, you could duplicate the paid invoice, add the additional information for the customer. They can then download the new invoice for the insurance company. Once they have done that, you can then cancel and archive that duplicate invoice.
