We are in a bilingual state. All of the receipts are sent in French. Some clients are anglophone. Can we send recepits based on client's preference? Or do we have to create another location , have it in english and move the anglophone clients in the new location?
Hello @Lamothe_j. Currently, receipt language is determined by your Square account or location settings. If you have multiple locations then yes, it would be a good idea to set one to French and the other to English.
In the meantime I'll share your request for the receipt language to be determined by the client with the Receipts team. I understand how important this is in bilngual states.
