Can the number at the top of a message be changed?

I am wondering because the long what I’m assuming is a square number, at the top of my messages and emails seem to throw people off from opening.

Hmmm...I'm not exactly sure what you're referring to here. It sounds like you may need to update your business information so that your correct contact info is displayed on your customer's receipts. You can also customize your receipts.
