Additionally, here are the suggested troubleshooting steps if your Dashboard is having trouble loading:
- Check if your browser is up to date. If it’s outdated, go ahead and update it.
- Clear the cache on your browser.
- Remove any third-party toolbars or extensions from your browser.
- If you’re not using Google Chrome, I recommend switching to this browser.
- Check that Square services are not blocked by any security software installed on your computer. Please try uninstalling your security software then clearing your browser’s cache.
