[Personal Information Redacted] This is an established account. No problem logging in from multiple Androids. Need to setup access from an iPhone. email address and password are correct, but we always get the response shown in the picture.

Pretty typical problem/solution. When conveying password to new user a capital letter got changed to lower case. Since we were not together, it took longer than it should have to sort it out.
