Just downloaded the latest Square Terminal update. Placed a test order from my online store. Got a notification about the order right away--great! Hit print, but nothing happens (I have automatic order printing enabled), and now I can't even find the order. I can see it under transactions, but there's no separate category for orders.
I own a cafe and was hoping there was some way I could print an order ticket or receipt that has the customer's name and pickup time on it, so that I don't have to do that from my laptop. Is that possible?
Hi there @marascafe. Online orders live in a Orders tab in the navigation menu.
Sounds like basic troubleshooting might fix your issue. Are you using the internal printer that's built in or an external printer?

I don’t see orders, except under settings, but I don’t see a place to view them. I feel silly that I’m missing it—can you give a bit more direction? I’ll post pics of what I’m seeing.
No, don't feel silly at all! Go back to the main screen. The UI on your Terminal looks a bit different than I'm familiar with. The update might've given your device a facelift.
Can you access orders from the Checkout tab?
I can see transactions, and can print a receipt, but can’t print an order ticket (even if I hit reprint ticket, nothing happens).
Okay. At this point, you'll need to reach out to CS so they can help troubleshoot. I'm honestly not sure what's going on. Sorry about that.
