Can't find all of my categories on my dashboard!

Hi,

I'm in the process of building my catalogue with 1000's of products (moved from another POS system to Square) it didn't upload the categories I added to the products when importing from a spreadsheet so I have been going through and adding them manually. I had at least 63 categories and have just gone in to do some more work (as it's far from complete) and over half the categories are missing!
I downloaded a spreadsheet of "visible" products yesterday and that shows all the categories so I have proof they existed.

I can't reach Square to get this fixed. Anyone got any ideas? This will also impact on my website as the products are ordered by category. TIA 🙂

Can you let me know where you're adding and viewing these categories? Are you working from the Dashboard or the Square Point of Sale app?

On the Dashboard, all categories should be visible from this page

If you are still running into this, could you share a link to your site here and also some examples of missing categories? 

 

I'll keep an eye out for your reply.
