I am trying to edit the descriptions of Featured Items. Here's what I've tried...
1) when I click on the pencil next to the featured item to make edits, I get a pop-up asking me to provide my email and password. When I do so, I get an "unexpected error" message and am unable to do anything else.
2) if I try to take the alternative route to edit the descriptions, I click on the featured item, and then try to click on the "edit item details" button. but this button redirects me to a new tab that is absolutely blank -- dead end
3) sometimes I've gotten the attached message, but can't figure out when/why/how that message happens.
HELP. I need to remove the "temporarily out of stock" description on these items so I can sell again!!
