Can't earrange services editing square website

Hi, I'm just trying to rearrange the services on the website editor. Im not doing it wrong, I've followed all the instructions and the help guide. When I move them, they move temporarily and then go back to where they were so its obviously being denied at the database, please fix.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're seeing when editing your services online. Which browser are you using? We generally suggest using Google Chrome, and giving clearing your cache a try if you're having trouble saving settings. To clear your cache:

1. On your computer, open Chrome.
2. At the top right, click More .
3. Click More tools. Clear browsing data.
4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
6. Click Clear data.
