Can't connect Ipad to wireless printer or through ethernet cable connection?

I have a Brother HL-L2370DW wireless printer connected to my router. I want to auto print online orders as they come in through my ipad. I have connected an ethernet cable as well and the printer is not being recognized by the Square program. Does anyone know if this printer will work or if it's a tech issue?

Is it possible to use my desktop computer to automatically print new online orders as they come in?

@RG2952 Welcome to the Seller Community and thank you for asking. It sounds like this ethernet printer is not compatible with our system, unfortunately. You can always check to make sure your hardware will be recognized by our system here.

You also will not be able to print new orders automatically from your desktop, but you can get notifications immediately on your Point of Sale app. If you have a receipt printer, you can have the tickets print there and then you can physically give it to the kitchen!
