I use the Square app to book my haircutting appointments. I have changed Barbers and I’m now going to a new one. The new Barber sent me the appointment via the new Square Go app. When I opened the app, I could not delete the data from my old Barber. I contacted support and they told me to delete the app and sign in again using a new email address. This would be fine except for the fact that in order to sign in to the newly downloaded app it requests my cell phone number which I cannot change and it is associated with the old Barber. I cannot change my phone number. Is there any other way to delete the information and put in the new information?

I'd be happy to assist. When you mention deleting old information, are you looking to update the phone number associated with your Square Go account, or are you referring to removing past appointment history?
