I would like an email when i get an online order that has the order details so i can fulfill it without having to get in to the site. Right now the only emails i get say $5.00 payment but it does not say what they paid for. I have several items and sizes. and would like a paper copy of the order to make it easier to fill

Did you check your spam folder for the order details email? It is expected behavior to receive an email stating you received money as well as another email regarding the order details.

I dont think im seeing the correct "Settings" From my home screen on the left hand navigation at the bottoms there is a settings with the "Device Managment, Account & Setting and App Integration" Sub menu no of those lead to a notification preferences option.
If i click my user name on the right that has an Account Settings option but still no notification preferences option.
i followed these steps and thats how i get an email notifiaction of the sale however within this email there is NO details just that someone paid me money. I am looking for information in the email that lists What they purchased so i know how to fill the order without having to log into square... I would like the order DETAILS in the email

I have some additional steps we can try to get the outcome you want.
Every time an order comes through from your Square Online website, you should see an option to click that says "Order Details". This will show you the customer facing information, and further down in the email you should see the fulfillment information and order summary. This email comes separately from the "money received" email. What this means is that there is a possibility you are not receiving the email containing the order details.
Try these steps and let me know if this works. 😊
Here is my issue, i have a printer set up to print the order email, i can then take that email to my shop and fulifl the order, that i know no orders get missed.
Email comes in if it said
John doe
1 XL Live Life Tee Shirt - $20 etc
I can take that paper right in and grab the shirt
RIGHT NOW
the email says
John Doe Sent you $20.
And i dont know for what so i have to log in find the order print it.. items could get missed.
