Can customers download an attachment?

Hey @mindup, I'll be happy to help! So that I can look into this further, can you let me know how you would like customers to download the file? Would this be from the Square Online site or?

Gotcha @mindup! So there are a couple of ways we can do this:

1. If you have the file hosted in a drive or somewhere, you can disable the Sync item description from your settings. 
   
   This mean you'll be able to hyperlink text within the item description so customers can click into the link to view or download the file.
   
   
2. Have the file on the homepage or a standard page (you can create a new page and name it Measurement Instructions, for example) for customer to view and download, rather than on the item page. If you want to, you can always hyperlink text within the item description like in the step above and link it to this page!
