Can You Block Employees from Viewing Sales Reports

Is there away to limit employee access to reports - specifically sales reports - on the POS?

Hello @Crazyjamlife !

You definitely can block employee access using Permission Sets.

If you haven't upgraded to Teams Plus Advanced Access yet, you will be a little limited in what you can do, but the permissions will stick.

Dashboard -> Team (or Staff) -> Team -> Permissions. The free version will allow you to create one permission set for the team: adjust what you do and don't want them to see and do.

You can then link your employees to that permission set. You'll be given a generic four digit code for the team. They will use that to log into the point of sale. You'll use your full access code to get to the management functions.

To enable passcodes on your devices: More -> Settings -> Security -> Enable Passcodes and Allow Team Passcode.
