After an invoice is paid by a client, I occasionally have clients want to add more services. How can I update or edit the invoice, without creating a new invoice for the additional services?

Once the invoice is marked as "paid" there isn't a way to edit/change anything on that particular invoice. I look at invoices like a contract so to speak. Once it's paid, the "contract" (invoice) is now completed.
I use a customers VIN for my titles of my invoices, so when a customer wants to add/do something extra after the invoice had been paid, I just duplicate the paid invoice and remove old items/services, and add the new ones. Saves me a little bit of a time.
