I recently received a dispute from a customer claiming they were not fully refunded for a door dash delivery order that was not delivered.
I followed up with the transaction and saw that my store had refunded the order, but not the delivery fee. I thought it was odd so I went to the shop to train and review how to do a refund with my staff. I found that I was not able to refund the delivery fee from the POS.
I know I can refund it from the dashboard page.
Am I missing something? Is it possible to refund a delivery fee on the Square POS?

I have a quick question when you say a Delivery fee was this an On-Demand Delivery (a delivery made by DoorDash or a 3rd party courier)?
If that was the case then here is a bit of information on how On-Demand Delivery fees are handled. (I know this isn't what you're asking but while I wait for your answer wanted to provide it)
