Check out our Team Management features - you can assign staff permission sets that includes the ability to see reports and balances!

This only works in the Retail app - what about the standard Square POS app ?

Have you enabled passcodes on your Point of Sale app, @GoulburnWestern? In your app go to  More > Settings > Security > Turn on Passcodes. Please let us know how you go!
