Can I issue a credit note instead of a refund?

Hello, I'm trying to see if I can issue credit notes on items sold in my shop instead of a cash refund.

At the moment, refunds cannot be issued in the form of a store credit.

You can refund to a Gift Card in the Point of Sale App though - if that might work?
