I'm in Australia, and I'd like to change the date format on invoices from mm/dd/yyyy, to dd/mm/yyyy.
Is this possible?

I've taken a look on my own Square Dashboard (using Google Chrome as my browser), and the date format for me is automatically set to dd/mm/yyyy. Additionally, on the Square Invoices app on an iPhone 13, the format appears as: 8 November 2024.
Could you please share a screenshot showing where you're seeing the mm/dd/yyyy format, so I can take a closer look?

I have this issue also and it is causing me so much confusion with trying to book appointments ahead. I am also in Australia and I need the global format. Why is there no setting in Square to change this. I feel like I need to change platforms.

Looking at my Appointments calendar on my own Square Dashboard (using Google Chrome), the date format in week view is automatically set to day/month.
In this case, I recommend reaching out to our Support Team so they can investigate your account settings further, and escalate your case to our engineers if required.
