CLEARPAY DOES'T WORK

CLEARPAY IS ACTIVE FROM SETTINGS BUT DOESN'T WORK ONLINE OR IN PERSON... NO ONE IN THE CALL CENTER IS TRAINED TO HELP... ANYONE HERE THAT CAN HELP OUT?

Thanks for providing these @MUDE. Can I ask you to delete the ones with any sensitive information since it's a public platform (including the ones with the last 4 digits of the card) ? I was more interested in the last screenshot with the processing message. 

It's tough to pinpoint what's going on since you've only had 1 report so far. The first troubleshooting step here would be to recreate this on your end with a test payment or have another customer use Clearpay - are you able to try this with the minimum amount possible?

Has your customer tried to contact Clearpay to confirm they were not blocking the payment by any chance ?

 
I would also suggest reaching out to Clearpay's support team directly since your customer is not being redirected from Clearpay's platform to your website. You can submit a written request via the Clearpay website.

If Clearpay is unable to help, I invite your to contact our Support Team either by phone or email so they can investigate further and file a ticket if needed.
