Business that proves service and product hair salon

I own a hair salon. I sell services and hair product. I have found out how to tax the product and not the service BUT when a client adds a percentage tip, it figures in the amount of the product as well,  so my clients are typing on the value of the physical product not just the service. It's there a way to separate the two without having to ring them up separate?

Hi @ZenmodaLLC.  Currently, this capability does not exist.  I know that there have been feature requests submitted requesting this, but for now your only work-around is to ring them up separately if this is important to you.

@ZenmodaLLC Oops.  Even then, separate transactions will not work.  Tipping is business-wide and we can’t disable tips per transaction.  You would still have to tell the customer to ignore the tip screen for the transaction that shouldn’t have tips on it.
