I have 2 locations, some items are not available at both locations.
Currently there is a possibility that an item will be marked unavailable at
a location but the stock alert filter will still show an alert for that
item. The filter does not confirm that the item is active or not for the
alert it is displaying, just that a low stock alert is set to Y
