{Bug} Square Transactions not imported into QBO.?

I'm using the new Square Connector by Quickbooks.  Started pulling transactions in from September, all seemed well only had one that didn't get pulled in. October has come and have numerous transactions 25+ that have not pulled in.  Reached out to Quickbooks and they are saying this is a Square issue as they are not receiving said data for those transactions.

Thanks @Yhunglly09 . I was hoping to avoid the disconnecting aspect of it as now I'll have to go through the duplicate transactions but I suppose it is better than no transactions right!?  I just disconnected and reconnected the connection this morning, waiting for the transactions to pull in from this month. QB actually got rid of the manual refresh option with the new QBo>Square connector (stupid move) on their part as this will become quite troublesome if this is a consistent issue have to disconnect/reconnect every couple of months. 

 

I'll update here once everything syncs again.

Actually that didn't work.  I lost my cash transactions that were still for review from September, and it pulled in no transactions from this month (October)

Hey @Yhunglly09 

 

So just an update here.  There is a sort of "refresh" within the QBO app, when going into square settings changing the date to the closest of the last transaction and then choosing "sync now".  I managed to bring in 39 Transactions, but those stopped as of 10/22.   That was after doing this "refresh 2 times now through out the day.  

 

So my question is, what is going on with Square that it isn't communicating properly with QB (or with QB new integration app).?  I've spoken to QB and they instantly say its a Square problem, buuuuuut the old integration app worked fine with no hiccups for me once I got it configured correctly.

Thanks for the help @Yhunglly09 .  I did those steps last night, and this morning it seemed like it pulled everything in.  I know that there are duplicates in there, while an annoyance its nothing more than to just simply exclude those.  Hopefully the fix between Square and QBO will fix this issue but for now I will have to keep an eye on it.  Appreciate your help.

Look like my QB online is updated to newer release...there is no "Sync now" function. When you go to the Square tile within QB, you have the 3 dots...which is the settings...from there you have disconnect and a bunch of other settings.

correct.  At the bottom i'm just using the "sync now" as a refresh .  I'm not sure if it does anything or not. But disconnecting a 3rd time is not in the plans for me

Just following up here @Yhunglly09 .  I've had to manually "sync" QBO and Square again about 4x over the last 10 days.  I am not disconnecting it fully , simply going into to Square settings>changing the date and then syncing again.

So this is weird, it looks like i'm crazy and replying to myself?

 

Anyway.  this is still an issue.  I have  fully disconnected and reconnected Square 2x more since this thread, and issues are still happening not pulling in transactions.  Is this something I should call into support for or does anyone know of a fix for this.  Very frustrating as it messes up my books each time I reconnect.

looks like this is a problem...I am new to square...i signed up a week ago, did a bunch of transactions and only 1 pulled into QB. I called QB a few times a lot of finger pointing. Finally tonight they said there is an active investigation within their development regarding this. How long will this take I am not sure. I have tried to disconnect and reconnect that doesn't help. Thye added my email to the case so I should get updates.
