Booking fee

So I’m trying to set a booking fee, but it the option to automatically apply to online orders isn’t highlighted so I can’t turn it on, also without that highlighted it doesn’t charge the service fee. Any ideas or solutions to fix this would be great. Also yes I am in: account settings>buisness>service fee.

Are you seeing any legends explaining why the option to apply the service fee to online orders isn't available? 

Most commonly, if your taxes are not set up yet, you would see this option grayed out. 

If that is the case, you'll see a message below the option that explains what taxes you need set up before enabling the service charge for online orders. 

Once you have saved your tax settings, you'll be able to apply the charge to online orders.
