Birthday campaign issue

In my directory there are NO birthdays recorded for my clients. I went to setup campaign to request clients  to send their birthday. I chose the automated option that square gives).  When I create it, it says before sending it will send to all that fit the criteria( meaning those clients that don't have a birthday listed on their profile). Well all my clients fit the criteria and when i go to check report details there are no emails listed to see.  So why did the system not choose any of my clients for the audience?

This sounds like an odd one @Lady_J. I ran it by our Marketing Team but they said you may want to call in so they can check your Customer list. It could either be a glitch or something else happening on the back end. When you call in, be sure to ask to speak directly to the Marketing Team.
