Beta 6.19 Crashes during edit & save

Hey all,

I’m experiencing crashes and logout while editing an item then hitting SAVE. 

In addition, when toggling off an OUT OF STOCK item then hitting SAVE, also has the same effect. See  video

Hey there, @MAXSDELI - Sorry to hear that you're having some trouble with the app.

I can certainly suggest running through the standard app troubleshooting steps here if you haven't already done so. It would be helpful for our developers to diagnose this issue if you choose the option to "share" when you see this popup.

If this doesn't improve things, please reach out to Support directly by logging into your Square account and heading here for further assistance. Then, they can get started on collecting the information needed for a Support Ticket.

Thank you Violet, I have reached out to Support but found no resolution to the issue after 30 minutes on the phone. I have shared several CRASH reports thus far. 

In addition, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the Beta app and it still appears to crash during SAVES. 

I did install the AppStore version on my personal iPad Pro and  that version appears to be working fine. 

Any other suggestions would be welcomed.

I appreciate the follow-up, @MAXSDELI 🙏I'm sorry to hear about your experience over the phone. This looks like something our developers will need to fix on their end.

I also just reached out to the Beta Team to see if they can tell me whose eyes we should get on this 👀 I'll be sure to come back with any updates I receive! Thanks for your patience in the meantime.

No other Beta users are experiencing this??

As of right now, we have no other reports of this happening, @MAXSDELI 

But we'll keep you posted on what we hear from Beta.

Thank you. This crashing and logout issue has been ongoing for a couple weeks now. I’ll continue submitting crash logs…
