Being charged for my domain

I bought a year long plan that says it includes free domain for the year, but when I try to register the domain it is charging me $19.95. I thought this was included with the year long plan?

Hello RD021,

You do get a free domain for 1 year with a paid plan however, I'm thinking that if you try to go through the registration process before the free period ends, the system is looking at this as new register and will charge you the current rate.  Perhaps one of the Community Moderators can provide some thoughts.
